Kal Tire

I have been dealing at kal tire in cochrane for at least 8 years and mostly have had good service. I went in to get winter tires and checked around and they were 104$ more here than other places but we decided to get them here for the convenience. When I went in to pay they told me they were an additional 400$ more than quoted and they tacked on 28$ shipping because they only had three in stock and needed to bring in the 4th. I wrote the quote down on my own paper so my advice would be to get a quote in writing.
