Words cannot even describe how awful this company is. A one man show run by a dishonest and boorish man with rude and aggressive tendencies. We ordered the wood, which included unloading and stacking, only to be told when he arrived it would be an additional fee to stack. I was not home so he dealt with my wife, and she became scared as he became increasingly aggressive. Finally, he agreed to stack it but insisted on being paid first. Fearing for her safety, my wife paid him and went back into the house, leaving him alone in the garage to unload and stack. A few moments later, she hears a loud noise, only to find out he literally unloaded the entire stack underneath the garage door! He simply drove off. She had to not only stack three cords of wood by herself, but because it was strategically dumped under the garage door itself, couldn't leave the garage or enter it with her car. This man is a despicable person, who is not only a coward ( I wonder if he would have taken the same approach towards a man) but has violent tendencies towards women. I have pictures if anyone is interested. Please stay away.
